
Mark Schultheis PT, CSCS
Director, Waukesha Physical Therapy Clinics
Mark is a 1995 graduate of UW-Madison PT Program. He passed the exam to become
a certified strength and conditioning specialist in 2005. Mark specializes in sports medicine, post-surgical rehab, especially for shoulder, knee and ankle. Since moving back
to Wisconsin, he has broadened his caseload by focusing on spine, arthritic and degenerative conditions, industrial rehab, joint replacement and manual therapy. With his interest in sports medicince, Mark also offers Crossbow Evaluations for hunters with temporary or permanent physical disabilities.
He co-authored a mountain biking guide to the Jackson Hole, Wyoming area
entitled, "The Book".
Ann Schultheis, PT
Ann earned a Bachelor's Degree in Science and a Certificate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. Her practice experience of 40-plus years includes geriatrics and orthopedics with an emphasis on manual therapy and body mechanics. Ann's career includes positions in Boston, San Francisco and Milwaukee.
Her private practice career started in 1979 when she opened the first Waukesha
Physical Therapy location in the Moreland Medical Center. She also provided contract rehabilitation services for several nursing homes in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties.
Her personal hobbies and interests include skiing, biking, back country hiking and her passion, riding horses.
Tracy Eynon, PT
Tracy is a 1992 graduate from Marquette University. She worked at Columbia Hospital for four years in the Arthritis Center, specializing in osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and other rheumatic diseases. After moving to Delafield in 1996, she joined Waukesha Physical Therapy Clinics. Her continuing education focused on myofascial techniques, muscle energy for the spine and pelvis and Pilates for core stabilization. In 2004, Tracy was certified to teach mat classes by The Method Pilates; since then, she's been teaching Pilates at the YMCA in Oconomowoc.
Kristine Pohlman , PTA
Kristine graduated in 1987 from Milwaukee Area Technical College as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Her professional experience includes 18 years of out-patient orthopedics and geriatrics. Her special interests include manual therapy for spinal/pelvic/sacral dysfunction, core strengthening, stabilization and muscle energy techniques.
Chris Glowaki, CMT
Chris has worked in health and fitness for over thirty years and in 1996 received her certification from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She's also a part-time instructor at Waukesha Area Technical College and an assistant instructor at the International Neuromuscular Therapy Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Chris' certifications include Neuromuscular Therapy, Fitness, Myofascial Release, and Prenatal Massage. Additionaly, she has advanced training in frequency-specific microcurrent, lymph drainage, orthopedic massage, Reiki, medical massage, infant massage and craniosacral therapy.
